If in the event that something goes wrong which is very rare, we are on hand to solve any issues and normally will have an answer for you before you even know that there even is an issue. We give you a contact number to us to use when away if there are any issues and the normal routes are explored by you so that we can assist in sorting any problems out. We are 5 star rated on Trust Pilot and fully ABTA and ATOL protected. We are also part of the Not Just Travel franchise, where we get full support from the tour operators, this way you know you are getting a quality service and product all the way through your holiday journey. We also have access to 100% of the market and can always find what you are looking for. We save you a large amount of time and will do all the searching for your holiday or event that you want. We accept all forms of payment including payment plans for holidays. These are some of the reasons for choosing us but there are many more. A – What don’t we sell is most relevant when it comes to travel and leisure. We do holidays worldwide, be this a family, honeymoon, Wedding, or group holiday. We do all the extras expected and more. We can arrange car hire, lounges, airport hotels, parking to name just a few things. We also make sure all holidays can be covered with competitive travel insurance. If you want to go on a golfing holiday, a fishing trip or guided tour ithis can be arranged. There is nothing we do not do. If you want tickets to a show, sporting event or concert tickets, we do these. If you want a cruise then we have access to the whole cruise market. If you want a break in the UK we offer a range of these. If you simply want a hotel deal only or just to arrange a flight, we can assist. Put us to the test and try and find something we do not do.
A – The big thing to remember is that your travel plans very rarely go wrong. But if they do you can be assured that we are here to overcome any issues and find the right answer to the problem for you. On the rare occasion that issues cannot be overcome then we can advise on the next steps in regards to your rights on holidays and how to start claiming compensation. If there is a change to your holiday from the tour operator we would normally be informed at the same time as you, if not before, and when we get in contact with you to inform you of this we would normally always have a solution to hand. What we want to achieve, is for you to have full confidence in us in dealing with any issues and sorting out problems before they arise. In regards to this the only thing we cannot do is help arrange visa’s and medical issues as this is solely your responsibility.
A – When you book a holiday through Ohana, you have peace of mind as we are fully ABTA registered and also you are fully ATOL protected. You can also be assured with our 5* Trip Advisor rating. You should know we use only trusted tour operators. This is unlike some companies out there who are not ABTA registered so you could end up losing a lot of money if things go wrong or the holiday is cancelled.
A – The insurance that we offer is very competitive and like all insurance products you have a 14 day cooling off period if it is not the right cover for you. You can cancel without cost within 14 days of taking the policy out. We offer single trip policies and also annual policies You can take a single person policy, couple policy or family policy. The cover you get is very extensive. You can add Skiing and cruise cover at a small cost. All we will say in regards to insurance is make sure that you have the cover that is right for you and covers all eventualities.
A – We take all forms of payment excluding AmEx, cash or cheques. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Bank Transfers and also Direct Debit. With Direct Debit you can also spread the cost of the holiday with regular payments, or we can arrange for one final payment to be made when the full payment is due. We can discuss this more fully with you to find the right payment type for your needs.
A – The majority of the time we can match the price of a holiday or beat the price. We do this by looking at all the tour operators and finding the best price for you. You can also be assured that with the service you get and aftersales service you get you won’t find that anywhere else so when we match prices you are getting a better service as well!

A – We can organise weddings in many different countries, We can organise Honeymoons anywhere in the world and also arrange for vows to be re-taken if required. We can arrange all aspects of your wedding and also arrange all accommodation needs for guests as well. There are no wedding parties too big and we can cater for them all. This is your special day, you are the ones in control, telling us what you want and where we can, we will then organise this for you keeping you informed of everything on the way.

If you want a private jet for your travel needs or want a private yacht then this can be done. A – when is comes to cruises, they are becoming increasingly more popular but where do you start? On our website, we have a "choose your cruise," and this is a good starting point if you do not know exactly what you are after. Its very simple and you can put in dates of travel, how long you want to go for and a list of cruises for your chosen region of destination is shown, some will show approximate prices as well. This will give some good direction in what you are after. Once you have done this then let us know and we can then give a fixed price for you taking into account the numerous offers by the cruise companies on a daily basis.
A – We always use live prices. This means that the prices we quote could change, as when we look at a holiday, the price we see is live at that time. Once booked at the price we quote you will not find like some operators that in 5 or 6 weeks’ time we ask for more money. The price you book for, is the price you pay. The only disadvantage of this is that we may quote you a price one day and should you book the next fay, the price could either rise or fall due to the live pricing. The majority of the time it will stay the same.
